Family owned restaurant that always serves really delicious food and good portion sizes. My go-to is the bone-in chicken platter, and it comes with a large fresh naan and delicious side dishes. We always get takeout from here and just love how much care they put in to the food.

The bread attains a five-star distinction, while the remaining menu offerings surpass the average by a small margin. Better than other kebabs restaurants in the vicinity. A small yet decent place to have lunch or dinner.

Came here with my mom and sister after traveling. I had the chicken and beef kabob and the chicken was moist but the beef was dry. It came with brown and white basmati rice and a salad with no dressing plus a small bowl for an option of veggies or side from their buffet. I took a spinach and okra side. It also comes with a large pita bread. It was $22.99. Overall, you get a lot of food for value. It's cafeteria style meaning you get a food tray with your food and you bring your food to your table. I'm not sure why they have a tipping cost on the bill because there is no table service.

Kabob Express has really high quality food, excellent bread and white sauce. We have done exclusively take out from this place. I love their gyro sandwiches, which are huge and enough for two people. The beef curry is delicious as is the kubideh beef kabob. I have not tried their chicken kabob, but that will likely be my next go to.

Kabob Palace is a great place to get kabobs from in the Centerville area. Inside there there's a touchscreen if you want to order without going to the counter but that is an option too if you find it easier to order in person. I went with my friends for dinner and they give you enough food that you will walk out of there wanting to fall asleep. I got the usual, #14 or the Chicken and Kubideh combo. With rice and veggies and naan, it is truly worth the price alone. You also do get one more side and I opted for chick peas. The chickpeas were hot so I did have to wait a bit to eat it but with the naan bread they were so delicious and full of flavor. I dont have much to say other than the staff member working in the front was kind and called me family so that was really heartwarming to me. This place probably gets a lot of repeat customers due to how friendly they are. I'll have to come back here soon!

I have had takeout from this place a few years back, but this was the first time I had the lunch buffet. Not bad for $16.99. The buffet has a chicken, meat, and eggplant dish offerings. Also, the usual sides such as garbanzo beans, spinach, and rice, as well as fixings. Fresh bread is part of the buffet, they were warm and massive. In the area, this buffet is slightly more than others. However, the food was good. Staff were friendly and quick. Small dining area, but here was enough seating where we didn't have to wait. All in all, I would definitely go back if I was looking for a buffet or to order off of the menu.

BEST KABOB IN NOVA! The food is so good and their service is top tier. I always get the lamb kabob. Their rice is so flavorful (I recommend the brown rice over the white since it's seasoned) and their meat is always cooked to perfection.

This may be my favorite kabob place! Not only is it's super tasty, but it's so affordable. I've only ordered take-out/delivery. I love the Chicken & Kubideh Combo!! Both are so flavorful, tender, and juicy. Comes with delicious rice, salad, naan/bread, and a side. We got the veggie curry! So worth since you can share with one other person or save for leftovers!!

I'm surprised I haven't written a review for this place yet as I'm a native to Cville. I've been frequenting this place for years! Taken many exes here lol, many catch up sessions with my siblings here, many take-out orders from me have occurred here. No matter where I go, Kabob Express will forever remain in my heart It's like they say, the closest friends you have, the least amount of pictures you have with them. Same can be applied to the amount of food I've eaten from here and yet only have one pixelated (from an iPhone 6s) photo of my already touched food from several months ago. Now I'm remembering why I have Yelp in the first place- to give praise and appreciation to businesses like this that I can GENUINELY say, I'm happy exists and I'm happy I've tried out. It's a place to enjoy good food. That's what it is. This place has been here for years and the guys at the front have been as well. It's not fine dining but to enjoy food like this? It doesn't need to be. It already meets the 5 star quota in my eyes with the food; service; being filled with customers every time I come by; chill tvs playing in the background etc. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try this place out- especially if you like Middle Eastern food.

Kabob Express may have an unassuming exterior but they serve authentic Middle Eastern food. They also have a wallet-friendly buffet option! The two of us got one lamb kabob plate to share among two people and we were stuffed! Plates come with a side of your choice and we got the spinach. The freshly made pita paired with the yogurt sauce was a must and paired with flavorful lamb kabob pieces. Truly a hidden gem in Centreville - I would definitely come back and try out their buffet next time!
